New Dog Figurine Web Store Debuts on the Internet
New upstart e-store, MegaDogFigurines.com specializes in well made dog statues that are lifelike in appearance and are a must-have for any animal enthusiast. In addition to the new store, the website also has an informational blog which has debuted simultaneously.
When it comes to decorating one’s home, its style should be indicative of that person’s characteristics and interests. Personal style can do a lot to help set the aesthetic in the home, but going to a big box retailer for home décor can be creatively stifling, which is especially true for animal lovers.
Paul Smrz is a canine enthusiast who has found some difficulty finding dog décor for his home, but rather than sit around and accept such an atrocious fate, he did something about it, he started www.MegaDogFigurines.com.
“I’m a huge dog lover,” began Smrz. “I could see a need for dog figurines for people like me, people who have trouble finding decorations like these at mall stores.”
Smrz launched the company in June 2009 and even though it’s new, it’s becoming the premiere web destination for dog statues and dog lover gifts.
Even at its infancy, Smrz has already been thinking about the future of his site and additional products he wants to add.
“I won’t be veering off,” he said. “More dog statues and other animals, but I won’t be listing anything that isn’t a figurine or a statue.”
Along with the possibility of new statues, Smrz has also added a new informational blog in the form of www.DogFigurinesInfo.com.
The blog will cover a variety of topics from how the statues are made to expansive posts about the different breeds of dogs from which the figurines are inspired by.
“We’re going to have a ‘Dog of the Week,’” said Smrz. “We’ll have extensive information about that breed. That’s just one example. There are infinite topics for the blog.”
Well into its first month and the MegaDogFigurines.com is growing leaps and bounds, not unlike a dog in its own right. With a unique selection of beautifully made dog figurines, the website definitely gives dog lovers something to shake their tails at.
